DianaFoxglove provides support, community, and guidance based on personal experiences.

I am not a registered therapist, counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or healthcare professional and the content and services are not therapy, nor counselling, and do not represent medical or mental health treatment. The work offered through DianaFoxglove does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions, and does not replace support from medically trained personnel (GP, NHS staff, private hospital staff, etc) or registered mental health professional.
If you experience any difficult mental health conditions, trauma symptoms, or are at risk of harming yourself or others, I strongly encourage you to seek support from your GP, local NHS providers or any trained medical staff, as well as qualified mental health practitioners, and charities who offer support 24/7 via chat or phone.

DianaFoxglove offers a space for support as you explore and navigate endings, as well as starting new adventures. This space is about new perspectives, discovering the strength you've had in you all along, and learning to trust yourself.
This space is meant to host a community of women that can openly share their thoughts, feelings, and fears without judgement and can offer support to one another.
1. No guarantee

DianaFoxglove does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations.
Individual experiences vary, and result depend on many factors including personal circumstances, engagement level, and external conditions.

2. Community spaces
​
Community spaces, group discussions, and events are designed to provide a supportive environment and be respectful; they are not therapeutic environments.
Participants are expected to: engage respectfully, honour confidentiality and all the other participants.
DianaFoxglove is not responsible for the actions, statements, or interpretations of other participants.

3. Your responsibility
​
You understand and agree that: you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results; no outcomes are guaranteed; you will seek professional help if you experience mental health concerns, distress, or crisis.

4. Eligibility
​
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the events, unless otherwise agreed in writing with parental or guardian consent.

5. Confidentiality and Limits
​
While privacy and discretion are valued, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in community settings.
You are responsible for deciding what personal information you choose to share.

6. Termination
​
DianaFoxglove reserves the right to terminate services at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated; there is inappropriate, abusive, or unethical behaviour; services are no longer considered to be a good fit, or their purpose was achieved.

7. Intellectual Property

All written content, materials, and resources provided by DianaFoxglove are the intellectual property of DianaFoxglove and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DianaFoxhlove shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from from participation in services, use of content, or reliance on information provided.
You agree to release and hold harmless DianaFoxglove and its owner, contractors, partners and representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or in connection to your participation in the services.

9. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom's law, you acknowledge and agree that:

You voluntarily participate in the services provided by DianaFoxglove and accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
9.2 No guarantees
Results vary by individual and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, success, or results
9.3 Assumptions of Risk
You understand that in the events you can bring up situations which will bring about emotional, mental, or personal challenges. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

By accessing this website, participating in events, or engaging with the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

DianaFoxglove reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
